Erin joined GTCYS in Spring 2026 as GTCYS’ Chief Development & Engagement Officer. In this role, Erin oversees the annual fundraising and communication strategies to expand engagement and increase philanthropic support. This position partners with the Executive Director to strategically advance GTCYS’ mission, increase sustainability, and amplify GTCYS’ impact in the community.

Erin is a dedicated nonprofit leader with 20+ years of experience driving mission advancement and increasing organizational sustainability through innovative initiatives, strategic processes, and trust-based relationships. She is recognized for her commitment to organizational stewardship, her ability to build strong partnerships, and as a passionate advocate for access and inclusion in the arts.

Prior to her work with GTCYS, Erin held senior leadership positions at The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra (SPCO) including Chief Community Value Officer and Chief of Staff. In these roles, Erin created organizational alignment through strategic planning, strategic communications, and mission-based decision-making. During her long tenure at the SPCO, Erin led work in governance, development, youth programming, and community partnerships that connected a broad cross-section of the community through music.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in business management and vocal music performance form the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. She has the privilege of being called “mom” by two incredible daughters, one of whom currently plays in GTCYS. Erin and her husband Alex are stewards of a 100+ year old home in their beloved city of Saint Paul.
