GTCYS Symphony Winter Retreat Registration

Please fill out the registration form below to let us know whether or not you are attending Symphony’s Winter Retreat on Sunday, January 15 from 1:00-7:00pm at Ferguson Hall of Music at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. If you are attending, you will also be prompted to pay the retreat fee at this time.

Students should make every effort to attend the full retreat. If your student can only attend a portion of the retreat, please describe when they will be present.
Dinner will be provided for students during the retreat. However, if you would liketo have your student opt out of the provided meal and bring their own, please specify below:
GTCYS will do its best to accommodate dietary restrictions/food allergies as supplied in your student's medical information when you enrolled.

Retreats are an essential part of the GTCYS experience, and they are mandatory events. If at all possible, please arrange your schedule to attend the retreat.
Retreat Fee
The nonrefundable retreat fee for the Winter Retreat is $50.
