Student Enrollment
Congratulations on your placement in GTCYS’ 2025-26 season! To confirm your spot, review the tips below then complete the enrollment form and submit your payment by August 20.
Tips to complete the form:
- Allow about 15 minutes to complete the form
- We recommend that parents/guardians and students complete this together
- Use a computer or tablet instead of a mobile device if possible
- If you plan to apply for tuition assistance, you still need to complete the enrollment form
Info to have on hand for the form:
- Student photo to upload for student directory (jpg, jpeg, or png, 35MB or smaller)
- Emergency contact information
- Student medical information, including medication names and dosages
- Payment option (credit card for online tuition payment or check ready to mail)
