2026 Tour Day 6: On To Sydney!

Hi, my name is Evelyn, and I play clarinet! As a member of Flight Group One, our adventure started bright and early. We woke up at 3:00am to head to the airport and ate breakfast on the bus along the way. The flight to Sydney was about four hours, and most people passed the time sleeping, watching movies, or playing games with friends.

Once we landed, we all piled onto one bus for a tour through the city. Then we crossed the Sydney Harbor Bridge (it’s on our tour shirts!).

On the bridge, we snapped photos of the stunning view of the city, especially the Sydney Opera House.

We then had free time for lunch around the Rocks Market, one of Sydney’s most iconic neighborhoods!

After lunch, we headed to the Hyatt Hotel, and our group set off to explore Darling Harbor. We wandered the city and ended up in a store called Big W, which is basically Australia’s version of Target!

Back at the hotel, we were served an excellent dinner where many memories were made around the table! Once dinner wrapped up, we had more free time, and our group walked along the harbor one more time, taking in the beautiful Sydney skyline at night.

We made it back a little before room checks, tired but happy, and full of incredible memories! Thank you so much for reading!
