LNFI Week 3 – No Harmony tomorrow 10/30!

Dear Harmony L’Etoile du Nord Families,

As a reminder, there is no school or Harmony tomorrow, Friday 10/30! We look forward to making more music together on Monday.

We had a another fun week settling in to Harmony routines and getting into some music for this year! Returning students worked on scales and played Ode to Joy, French Folk Song, and started learning Allegro. Harmony Roots students had an opportunity to play the violin – next week they will explore the cello!

Our value of the week was Effort: putting in the work to learn new things in class and at home. It’s about trying your best, even when you make mistakes. 

Here are a few quick reminders:

• Please make sure to arrive at Harmony on time, but not before 7:50am! I really appreciate the effort Harmony families have made to arrive on time this year.
• If you do need to miss a class for any reason, make sure to fill out an Absence Form
• You can find the absence form, this email, and any other information you may need on the Member Page! The link and password are in my email signature.
