GTCYS Symphony Tour: Chaperone Release Form

I am volunteering my time as a chaperone with the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies (GTCYS) on its Tour of New Zealand and Australia from June 20 – July 1, 2026.  I understand that I will not be compensated or receive any benefits in return for my volunteer hours.  My volunteer work will not be considered as a factor in any future GTCYS employment decisions.  I understand that I am free to decline volunteer work at any time in the future.

I understand that although I am not an employee of GTCYS during this tour, if I incur any injuries during my volunteer activities, I can file a claim under GTCYS’ insurance which shall be my sole remedy against GTCYS for any such injuries.

I understand that my participation as a volunteer with the 2026 Symphony Tour is completely voluntary and that I or GTCYS may end this volunteer relationship at any time.
