Marcia Strom Metzger

Marcia Metzger enjoys teaching private and group lessons to flutists of all ages and levels. An active performer, she has played with the LaCrosse Symphony Orchestra, Mankato Symphony Orchestra and many chamber ensembles in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. Her teaching emphasizes working together in collaboration with other musicians and she has had many students continue their studies into college and beyond. Marcia received her BME from Illinois State University and MA in Woodwind Pedagogy from The Ohio State University. She is an active member of the Upper Midwest Flute Association and the National Flute Association.
