Heidi Stodola

Heidi Stodola has taught band and orchestra since 1998 and teaches the orchestra program and some of the bands at Osseo Middle School. She attended Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD, for her instrumental music education degree and studied horn with Sara Cyrus and Nathan Pawalek. Heidi attended St Cloud State University for her masters studies in instrumental conducting, studying conducting with Rik Hanson. She performs on 4th Horn in the Northern Symphony Orchestra in Anoka, on 2nd Tenor Horn in the Lake Wobegon Brass Band, and subs for several other bands and orchestras in the Twin Cities including Encore Wind Ensemble, Grand Symphonic Winds, and the Wayzata Symphony Orchestra. Heidi is an active member of the Twin Cities Horn Club, is a member of their board, and will occasionally conduct the TCHC rehearsals. Heidi enjoys teaching horn students of all ages and gives lessons in her home in Brooklyn Park as well as over Zoom as needed.
