I love teaching and helping students develop their passion for music, with an emphasis on note-reading, good technique, and solid musical expression – this way, they can eventually be free to play any music they choose and to express themselves while they play. I tailor the instruction so my students learn in the way that best works for them and their unique learning styles. Since 2012 I have been a private cello teacher and performer, and have a Bachelor’s in Cello Performance from the U of M, along with a Master’s in Cello Performance and Suzuki Pedagogy from the Cleveland of Institute.
