Elizabeth Cregan
Elizabeth Cregan has maintained a large all-viola studio in her home for over 25 years. She is the founding director of the Saint Paul Viola Ensemble- an all viola ensemble that concertizes regularly and holds fund-raising busking performances annually for various charitable organizations chosen by the students. She has performed concerti and chamber recitals in four continents. Her students have been accepted into Eastman Conservatory, Peabody, Cleveland Institute of Music and have gone on to perform professionally in Cleveland, Chicago, Boston and Minneapolis/St. Paul. Elizabeth Cregan has been the principal violist with Minnesota Sinfonia for 28 years and has performed with some of the finest ensembles in the Midwest, including the Minnesota Orchestra, Minnesota Opera, Duluth Symphony and the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra.
