Christina Orton

Christina has taught private violin lessons for 25 years. She teaches out of her home in Chanhassen, virtually and preferably in person. She is a member of the Wayzata Symphony Orchestra, and performs regularly in the community. She is a mom of four violinists and a cellist, two currently in GTCYS. Teaching is her passion, and with degrees in Music Education and Music Therapy as well as a Master’s degree in Violin Performance and Pedagogy, she loves teaching to each student’s individual learning needs. Christina originally is from the suburbs of Washington, DC, but now loves calling Minnesota her home.
