Winds and Strings Seating Auditions – Planned and Unplanned Absences
Concertino West students,
If you have a planned or unplanned absence on the date of your seating auditions, please submit an online seating audition using these steps.
- Complete the registration form on SnapAudition
- Record your seating audition video in one continuous take
- Upload and submit your video through Snap Audition by the deadline.
Woodwinds and Brass:
- For planned absences: If you will be absent for the seating audition, you may submit a video of your seating audition in advance. We’re finalizing the process for this and will be in touch soon with instructions. Videos of seating auditions sent in advance need to be submitted by 5:00pm on Monday, October 13.
- For absences due to illness: If you miss rehearsal due to illness, you may submit your video by 5:00pm on Tuesday, October 14.
Strings:
- For planned absences: If you will be absent for the seating audition, you may submit a video of your seating audition in advance. We’re finalizing the process for this and will be in touch soon with instructions. Videos of seating auditions sent in advance need to be submitted by 5:00pm on Monday, October 27.
- For absences due to illness: If you miss rehearsal due to illness, you may submit your video by 5:00pm on Tuesday, October 28.
