Students still needed for Second Semester Welcome Crew!

We are still looking for outgoing, positive orchestra members to help welcome new students to GTCYS at our first rehearsal in January. If you are interested in this opportunity, we ask that you sign up by Monday, December 15.

As a member of the Welcome Crew you will:

• Welcome new students as they arrive. Be friendly and smile!
• Help direct them to the rehearsal room and/or their seat
• Point out key locations such as restrooms, where to store their coat/case, etc.
• Answer basic questions or guide them to an adult if needed
• Collaborate with your conductor and rehearsal assistant

How to sign up:

• Check your schedule to confirm that you can arrive at least 30 minutes early to your rehearsal.
