Please make the announcement below in your rehearsals the week of December 8-11. Make sure you meet 5-10 minutes before rehearsal to figure out who will read each line:

Orchestrating Opportunities Announcement

• Hi everyone! We’d like to tell you about an upcoming event that’s happening in February
• Orchestrating Opportunities is GTCYS’ biggest fundraiser of the year! Money raised goes to making sure everyone can participate in GTCYS
• It also funds GTCYS’ programs throughout the year
• There will be food, fun activities in the Orchestra Hall lobby, an online auction, and a concert with Harmony, Symphony, our concerto competition winner, and Jupiter
• Registration for the event and to play in Jupiter is open this week on Tuesday, December 9
• Sign up now, tell your family and friends, and keep your eyes out for more announcements about the event
