Philharmonic String Seating Audition Instructions

Dear Philharmonic string students,

Best of luck with your upcoming seating auditions on Tuesday, November 4!

Refer to GTCYS Handbook for more information about seating auditions. Auditions take place during rehearsal.

Instructions for seating audition absences:

If you have a planned or unplanned absence on the date of your seating auditions, please submit an online seating audition using these steps.

1. Complete the registration form on SnapAudition
2. Record your seating audition video in one continuous take
3. Upload and submit your video through Snap Audition by the deadline.

• For planned absences: If you will be absent for the seating audition, you may submit a video of your seating audition in advance. Videos of seating auditions sent in advance need to be submitted by 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 4.
• For absences due to illness: If you miss rehearsal due to illness, you may submit your video by 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 5.
