New Weekly Emails

Going forward, GTCYS will no longer send monthly News Notes e-newsletters—now, you’ll receive conductor updates and program information bundled into one weekly email!

Both parents/guardians and students should regularly check their Thursday weekly GTCYS emails for the most up-to-date information. Miss an email? Catch up with the news feed on your orchestra’s member page! 

GTCYS will be sending essential program information via MailChimp. Remember to add mail@gtcys.org to your safe sender list and check your spam folder if you aren’t receiving our emails.

To play your part this season, please:

• Review and bookmark the Musician Handbook. This helpful resource will answer most of your questions!  

• Remember to subscribe to your orchestra’s calendar (click here then select your orchestra and scroll down to the calendar section). Your orchestras will begin rehearsing the week of September 8.
