Letter from Tamara (10/30)

Bravo on a really productive and fun rehearsal. Thanks to all the parents for making our treat night a real success. What a great way to reward the hard work and progress made on Danse Macabre.

We have just two more rehearsals until our Fall Festival performance. Please focus on metronome work in Danse Macabre. 60 = dotted half note, OR 180= quarter note. I am asking everyone to play from rehearsal 15 to the end at tempo at least five times before next week’s rehearsal. I also want everyone to explore the three new holiday pieces we have to start working on for our December performance. We have just five rehearsals before that performance.
