Letter from Maestro Smith (10/13)

You have done it again — another excellent rehearsal where much was accomplished.  As I mentioned to you last night, it really is enjoyable to work with you on Monday nights — thanks for the excellent spirit and hard work.

Important note — next week, we will have the same rehearsal order as last night — beginning with The Child Juliet.  Non-The Child Juliet personnel can arrive 30 min late again.

For All — we will work on the Dance from Romeo and Juliet, so have a look at that please.  Also more Meistersinger details — strings especially need to have a very careful look at the complicated chromatic passages.  String seating excerpts are coming next week…

We are progressing very well toward our Fall Festival performance — keep up the great work.
