We are moving full steam ahead! Thank you for all your hard work in preparation for our world premiere of Ode to Childhood. Some details for you as we look ahead:
GTCYS 10:
Movement I has been left a bit untouched in our practice routines, please revisit this! We need more confident entrances and exits.
Winds/Brass: We talked about how we end our phrases in rehearsal tonight: continue this work on your own!
Movement III: Brass Choir: this needs to be a bit stronger and more established.
Concert: February 28th. Concert is at 2:30, call time TBD.
Open Rehearsal: March 5th! Bring a friend (there will be food) and share the love of GTCYS!
I am looking forward to our final two rehearsals on this work before showcasing it to our audience. Do not let up, we absolutely must push to the end. We got this!
