Join the Open Rehearsal Welcome Crew!

We are seeking outgoing, positive orchestra members to help welcome guests to our Open Rehearsals in March! If you are interested in this opportunity, we ask that you sign up by Thursday, February 26.

As a member of the Welcome Crew you will:

• Welcome guests as they arrive. Be friendly and smile!
• Help direct them to the rehearsal room and/or their seat
• Point out key locations such as restrooms, where to store their coat/case, etc.
• Answer basic questions or connect them with an adult that can help
• Collaborate with your conductor and rehearsal assistant

How to sign up:

• Check your schedule to confirm that you can arrive at least 30 minutes early to your rehearsal.
