Dear Harmony Riverview Families

I am excited to share that Harmony Riverview will once again perform at the West Side Cinco de Mayo Festival! Our performance is at 11:30 am on Saturday, May 2. More details below.

Cinco de Mayo Performance Details

  • Harmony Riverview will perform at the West Side Cinco de Mayo celebration
  • Where: Parque Castillo (149 Cesar Chavez St, St Paul, MN)
  • When: Saturday, May 2 at 11:30am
  • What time to arrive: Student call time is 11:00am. We will meet next to the stage.
  • What to wear: Wear your orange Harmony shirt! The rest of the outfit it up to you (jeans, shorts, skirts, school clothes are all ok).
  • What to bring: Your violin or cello and a water bottle.
  • Concert Repertoire: Cielito Lindo, Merengue del Primer Dedo, Bolo de Limão, Ode to Joy, French Folk Song

Updated Spring Festival Details and Ticket Information

Please note: the call time for Harmony has been updated to 1:35pm (it was previously listed as 1:50pm) on Sunday, May 10.

  • Both Harmony programs (LNFI and Riverview) will perform together at “Spring Festival III” on Sunday, May 10, at 3:30 pm.
  • Where: Orchestra Hall in downtown Minneapolis (1111 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN)
  • What time to arrive: “Call time” is 1:35 pm, which means students should enter the building right at 1:35pm. Students will enter at the Stage Door on S. Marquette Ave, not the main entrance to the building. Families will also meet students at the Stage Door after the concert is over.
  • Concert Dress is the same as our February concert: students should wear black on top and black on the bottom. Remember to wear black shoes and socks too!
  • Tickets: For this concert, you need to reserve your tickets in advance! Use the codes below to get two free tickets and four additional discounted tickets to Spring Festival.
  • Performance Repertoire: Ode to Joy, Frère Jacques, and Merengue del Primer Dedo. 5th graders will also perform “Gavotte.”

Información actualizada sobre el Festival de Primavera

Nota: La hora de llegada para Harmony se ha actualizado a la 1:35 p. m. (anteriormente era la 1:50 p. m.) el domingo 10 de mayo.

  • Ambos programas de Harmony (LNFI y Riverview) se presentarán juntos en el “Festival de Primavera III” el domingo 10 de mayo a las 3:30 p. m.
  • Lugar: Orchestra Hall en el centro de Minneapolis (1111 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN)
  • Hora de llegada: La hora de llegada es a la 1:35 p. m., lo que significa que los estudiantes deben ingresar al edificio puntualmente a esa hora. Entrarán por la puerta de artistas en S. Marquette Ave, no por la entrada principal del edificio. Las familias también se reunirán con los estudiantes en la puerta de acceso al escenario una vez finalizado el concierto.
