Harmony LNFI Week 25 – Spring Festival Concert Details

Dear Harmony L’Etoile du Nord,

Just two weeks until our performance at Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis!

Spring Festival Concert Details

• Where: Orchestra Hall in downtown Minneapolis (1111 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN)
• What time to arrive: “Call time” is 1:35 pm, which means students should enter the building right at 1:35pm. Students will enter at the Stage Door on S. Marquette Ave, not the main entrance to the building. Families will also meet students at the Stage Door after the concert is over.
• Concert Dress is the same as our February concert: students should wear black on top and black on the bottom. Remember to wear black shoes and socks too! Tickets: For this concert, you need to reserve your tickets in advance! Use the codes below to get two free tickets and four additional discounted tickets to Spring Festival.
• What to bring: your violin or cello and a water bottle. We will provide a small snack, but students should eat lunch before they arrive and are welcome to bring their own snack.
• Performance Repertoire: Ode to Joy, Frère Jacques, and Merengue del Primer Dedo. 5th graders (Riverview only this year) will also perform “Gavotte.”

Please note: After you have dropped off your student at the Stage Door, you are welcome to enter the main lobby area of Orchestra Hall until the concert begins. Families are not allowed to join students backstage. When the doors to the auditorium open (around 3:00pm), you can find your seats and enjoy the concert! Harmony students will stay together after their performance, and meet you back at the same Stage Door entrance after the full concert is over, around 5:00pm. If you need to leave before the end of the concert, please let Emily know so we can arrange to meet you at an earlier time.
