Harmony Evaluation for Family Members

Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies (GTCYS) is partnering with Wilder Research and the Minnesota State Arts Board to learn more from caregivers about their experiences with Harmony. This survey will help GTCYS improve the program for your child and others. The 1-page survey is voluntary, confidential, and will take less than 5 minutes.

GTCYS Harmony 2026 Caregiver Survey

If you have not yet had a chance, please complete a survey today or over the weekend! Your feedback is deeply appreciated and helps inform updates and changes to the program as we start to think about the 2026-27 school year.
