Harmony Handbook and Information for the 2025-26 School Year

Hello, Harmony L’Etoile du Nord Families,

It was great to see many of you at Harmony Orientation last night! This email includes a lot of important information, so please read it carefully.

• Harmony Member Page: Any information you need, you can find on the new Harmony Member Page! The page includes links to the Harmony Calendar, the Absence Form, our YouTube Page, and the Harmony Handbook, and will also include the weekly family emails (including this one!)

    • Select “Harmony L’Etoile du Nord” from the list of orchestras
    • Type in this password: harmony25-26
• View and subscribe to the Harmony L’Etoile du Nord Calendar!
• Attendance: attendance at Harmony classes and performances is really important. If you do need to miss a class or performance for any reason, please fill out an Absence Form online as soon as possible.
• Harmony Family Handbook: The Harmony Family Handbook includes a LOT of information about Harmony, including contact information for Harmony staff, our Harmony Values, what to wear for concerts, and policies for Behavior and Child Protection. Please read the Handbook!

Our first day of class is this Monday, October 13! Make sure to arrive between 7:50 and 8:00am so we can start on time!

Returning students who have a violin or cello at home: You do not need to bring your instrument to school for our first day of class. Please do bring your instrument for our second day of class on Wednesday!
