Concertino East Updated Seating
Hello Concertino East,
I am sharing the results of our seating auditions from last week. I was overall pleased to see how many of you prepared for the auditions. As you look at the seating order, please take into account that the seating order is not a direct reflection your points total from the audition; it is important to have well balanced sections with strong players throughout each section.
Students that did not audition in person, or submit an online audition via Snap Audition were placed at the back of their respective sections. I will share audition comments at our next rehearsal.
The first two stands of the first violins should be prepared to play all of the solos in Danse Macabre. The first two stands of the cellos should be prepared to play all of the cues, and the additional insert at rehearsal 16.
