Camerata Vivace April 25 Concert Details

Dear Camerata Vivace families,

We’re so excited to hear your musical progress at the concert at Roseville Area High School on Saturday, April 25.

Please carefully read instructions below on arrival, concert dress, and what to bring.

BASICS

Saturday, April 25, 2026 – 2:00pm

Roseville Area High School – 1240 County Road B2 W, Roseville, MN 55113

This performance is a mandatory event for members of Camerata Vivace.

Complete an absence form in advance if you’re not able to attend.

 

SCHEDULE

Saturday, April 25, 2026 – 2:00pm

  • 12:15pm: Students arrive and follow the green signs to the band room. Parents may wait in the cafeteria.
  • 12:35pm: Camerata Vivace dress rehearsal on stage
  • 1:10pm: Chamber Ensembles sound check on stage
  • 1:35pm: Audience begins seating 
  • 2:00pm: Concert begins 
  • 3:20pm (approx.): Concert ends 

ALL students are required to stay for the entire concert out of respect for their fellow musicians.

 

ATTIRE

All students wear FAMILY CONCERT ATTIRE

Do not wear any aerosol-based perfumes or colognes.

 

PARKING AND DROP OFF

Roseville Area High School

1240 County Road B2 W

Roseville, MN 55113

  • When you arrive at the Roseville Area High School campus, park in the West lot and enter through the Fine arts doors (#3)
  • Parking and entering at RAHS

WHAT TO BRING

  • Instrument and all accessories
    • All string players: remember your bow, extra strings, rosin
    • Cellos: Rock stops are REQUIRED
    • Wind players: Remember your mouthpieces, reeds, and any other special equipment
    • Percussion players: Remember your sticks and mallets.
  • Music folder: Check to make sure all your music is in your folder!
  • Music stand: All students DO need to bring a music stand.
  • Food/Snacks: Eat before arriving. Remember NOT to bring anything containing peanuts to GTCYS.
  • Please leave valuables at home.
