Upon submission of this form and acknowledgement of its one-time $20.00 fee—the recommended Participation Fee for students in the "Harmony" program—your registration will be complete. Fill out the form to the best of your ability and select a payment option that is most convenient for your family. If you're unable to pay online using a credit card, there will an opportunity to pay in person on October 10, 2024 during our Orientation Night at Riverview. If you are unable to pay the fee at this time, you may specify this on this form.

Riverview’s registration includes a one-time fee of $20.00. Payment deadline is Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
