2025-26 Harmony Registration Fee

Upon submission of this form and acknowledgement of its one-time $25.00 fee, your Harmony registration will be complete. If you prefer to pay in cash, there will be an opportunity to pay in person on October 9 during our Harmony Orientation. If you are unable to pay the fee at this time, you may specify this on this form. Ability to pay the Registration fee has no impact on your student’s participation in the Harmony Program.
