Side by Side Rehearsal with the Minnesota Orchestra

April 23 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

  • 5:30pm: All students’ call time at the Stage Door to check in.
  • 6:00–6:50pm: Listen to MYS rehearse Tchaikovsky’s “Sleeping Beauty,” selections from Act III, with the Minnesota Orchestra.
  • 6:50pm – 7:10pm: Stage reset and transition. GTCYS students unpack instruments and move onstage.
  • 7:10pm – 8:00pm: GTCYS Symphony rehearses Firebird with the Minnesota Orchestra.
  • 8:00pm – 8:30pm: Reception in the Orchestra Hall Lobby for students, Minnesota Orchestra musicians, parents, and all other guests.
